Who we are
Adam's Tree and Stump Care is a family-owned tree and stump crew based at 3136 Wilder Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232. We use this website so neighbors can see our work and send a job request. Questions about this policy go to Adamsstumpgrindingllc@gmail.com or (941) 993-9967.
What the quote form collects
When you request a quote, we ask only for what we need to price and schedule the job:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Job address
- Preferred date, services, and job details (tree type, height, access, anything urgent)
That request opens in your email app and is sent to us at Adamsstumpgrindingllc@gmail.com. We keep it so we can walk the property, write an estimate, and follow up about the work.
Phone and text
If you call or text (941) 993-9967, or check the note on the form that we may contact you about the job, we will use that number to reply, schedule, and confirm. We do not send marketing blasts. Texts are about the estimate, the crew, or storm work you asked for.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade names, phones, emails, addresses, or job notes. We do not share them with advertisers. The only people who see a request are the crew handling your quote.
Maps, fonts, and icons
This site loads Google Fonts and Font Awesome icons from their CDNs so the pages look the same on every phone. Links to Google Maps open Google's own pages when you tap our address. Those companies may collect standard browser data (IP address, device, pages viewed) under their own policies. We do not get a copy of that for resale.
How long we keep it
Quote emails and texts stay in our inbox and phone while the job is active, and for a reasonable time after in case you call back about the same yard. We are not building a marketing list from the form.
Ask us to delete it
Email Adamsstumpgrindingllc@gmail.com and say you want your information removed. Tell us the name, phone, email, or address on the request so we can find it. We will delete the quote details we hold and confirm when it's done, unless we still need a record for a job already scheduled or completed.
